This video presents the KPI library. In the side menu, click on the "KPI library" section where you will find sections such as recruitment and loyalty, utilization and occupation, partner profile, economic and financial, geolocation, and satisfaction and work environment. In each section there are various KPIs that can be viewed for different time periods.
At the top right, there is a filter button that allows you to filter the data by quota, gender or age. There is also the comparison panel button, which allows you to compare with the sector, other centers, a time range or with other months. In the lower bar, you can select the chart space to compare. Additionally, there is a button to print and save the information.
All this information can be viewed in table format by clicking on the corresponding option. Depending on the KPI being reviewed, different options will be available.
